About Conversion Kit Shipment:

1.Default——Special airline(shipping time is about 15 days)
Because the battery is special that will be shipped separately.

You will receive two packages. One for the wheel and another one for the battery.

2. Optional——By train(shipping time is 40-60 days),
For EU customers, if you don't need the item in a hurry, we can ship it via train then you can save about US$40- US$70 for the shipping cost.

The time showed in the " Shipping Method" means the transport time, not including the handling time which takes 1-7 days usually. All the packages are shipped without the tarriff or VAT ( except the batteris or electric bike conversion kits)

Handling time: 3-7 days Thanks for purchasing our product. The battery is a special product which needs several cycle tests before delivery, so production and test time need about 3-7 days. Due to the express shipping regulation of express company for the risky item like the battery, we ship the battery separately from other goods and via special air method to the destination country, then to your door via UPS, FedEx, or some other express company. Noted! Handling time of E-bike or electric bike kits please check on their product page.

2. Other products
Handling time	3-7 days	You can choose the shipping way when you checkout and see the shipping items. Please note: VAT, tarriff or taxes or duty or charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Usually, we will declare a reasonable minimum value to save your customs tax. But due to the different policies in different countries, the customs may ask you to pay the tax.

We understand the importance of the right product and the right fit, we sincerely want you to love your items. To make a return, please follow these guidelines:

Defective item

If an item is defective when you receive it, it will need to be returned to us for a full inspection to ensure it is covered by the warranty. To return a faulty item please follow the procedure below:

To qualify for a return:

Returns will be accepted within 15 days after you receive the product.

The item(s) must be in new with original packaging.

The damaged item even following the regular operation.

Proof of defective item required.

Items not acceptable by return:

The item was not purchased from ELECYCLES.

The item is unclean.

The item was damaged by improper use or damaged in an accident.

Once the product has been returned to us and has been ascertained as complete and undamaged (including the “original sealed” product box including its original packing materials) your purchase price, and original shipping will be refunded to you. We do not refund any applicable tax. Note that if the product is defective through no fault of your own, you may either request a repair or an exchange.

All returns:

Refunds, including original shipping, will be refunded to the credit card account/ corresponding account used for purchase within 30 days after the return is received. A refund will be applied to the original card used in the transaction.

If an item is returned that does not meet the above criteria, the return will be declined and the item returned to you.

Please noted

1. For the electric bikes or ebike kits or the electric wheelchair or the electric handcycle, shipping fees to return the items are at the customer's own expense.

2. Please consult your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We advise you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

Wrong item

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, you do as below.

A. If the wrong item is acceptable, you could ask for a special offer for this item, the difference would be refunded to your account.

B. You could request the return. The purchase price and original shipping will be refunded.

C. Please contact us if you have any other query or request.
