Step 1. CLEAN. Please ensure your SURRON eletric bike clean and dry. Avoid oil stain which may lead to the lost of the stickiness.
Step 2. LOCATE. Classify your decals and match the correct installation position.
Step 3. PASTE. Place the decal part to the right position on the electric bike, aligning the outer edges of the decal, tear off the bottom paper, paster it onto the electric bike.
Step 4. SMOOTH. Use a moist cloth or towel to smooth the decal horizontally ( Given these stickers are small, you do not need a scraper), expel the bubbles from to middle to the edge. When come to a large arc, please use a heat gun or a hair dryer to warm up lightly and slightly soften the decal to make a slight stretch to affixt the bike perfectly. ( please note that over-heat and overstretch will cause decal deformed, please keep a distance from the sticker when heating ).
Step 5. After the decal are pasted succeffully, it is better to park your bike in the dry room, don't clean your bike during this time within 24 hours.

Defective item
If an item is defective when you receive it, it will need to be returned to us for a full inspection to ensure it is covered by the warranty. To return a faulty item please follow the procedure below:
To qualify for a return:
Returns will be accepted within 15 days after you receive the product.
The item(s) must be in new with original packaging.
The damaged item even following the regular operation.
Proof of defective item required.
Items not acceptable by return:
The item was not purchased from ELECYCLES.
The item is unclean.
The item was damaged by improper use or damaged in an accident.
Once the product has been returned to us and has been ascertained as complete and undamaged (including the “original sealed” product box including its original packing materials) your purchase price, and original shipping will be refunded to you. We do not refund any applicable tax. Note that if the product is defective through no fault of your own, you may either request a repair or an exchange.
All returns:
Refunds, including original shipping, will be refunded to the credit card account/ corresponding account used for purchase within 30 days after the return is received. A refund will be applied to the original card used in the transaction.
If an item is returned that does not meet the above criteria, the return will be declined and the item returned to you.
Please noted
1. For the electric bikes or ebike kits or the electric wheelchair or the electric handcycle, shipping fees to return the items are at the customer's own expense.
2. Please consult your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We advise you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
Wrong item
If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, you do as below.
A. If the wrong item is acceptable, you could ask for a special offer for this item, the difference would be refunded to your account.
B. You could request the return. The purchase price and original shipping will be refunded.
C. Please contact us if you have any other query or request.
